Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and Australia.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: 2–6 working days

• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra and Monaco: 2–6 working days

United States and Canada: 3–7 working days

• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and Australia: 3–7 working days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

During launch periods or high demand, preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer.


Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If payment of these charges is required, the shipping carrier or local customs authority may contact the customer before delivery.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the refund will be issued excluding any return shipping or customs charges incurred.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@quechuloparis.com

If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, we will no longer be able to cancel the shipment.
